International Institute of Reproduction & Fertility Training (IIRFT) believes in helping its candidates by making the cancellation and refund policy a hassle-free procedure. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of confirmation.

No cancellations are entertained for the services that the IIRFT marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Holi, Diwali and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

In case, you feel that the services received are not as shown on the website or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the services. Our Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision after looking into your complaint.

REFUND POLICY : If for any reason, your participation is cancelled prior the finalized course date, IIRFT will deduct the prompt pay portion of the fees for services rendered up to the point of cancellation plus a $100 management fee, and refund the difference. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.
